Labor Rate $55/hr. Minimum Charge $55 . We use Australia Post Registered Post Service shipping your laptop back to home. The basic postage rate $15/each laptop & Insurance optional.

How long is our repair warranty?

All repairs job carry RTB limited warranty for 30 days. That warranty is covered on our service parts & labor. This warranty is void if there is evidence of abuse or mistreatment of the laptop. The warranty is limited return to base & not cover any physical damage, issue regarding software, data.

Prechecking:

Basic checking & get rough cost when we have receive your notebook computer. For prechecking we will not open your computer & test each part. All prechecking result base on experiences. That will no quotation and any paper work to give. For all online customers you will find checking result online & may facing $55 minim charge.  Any one need property quotation for insurance or other purpose.
